Who Is San Mateo Family Court Presiding Judge Rachel Holt? Some litigants claim she is the Gislaine Maxwell of Silicon Valley...

Litigants commonly refer to Rachel Holt as the Gislaine Maxwell of Silicon Valley. It has been reported that the Family Violence Appellate Project (FVAP) has received more requests for appeals from victims of domestic abuse and child abuse than any other Silicon Valley Judge and she has been the subject of multiple investigations by the California Commission on Judicial Performance - yet to the shock and horror of family law litigants was recently named "Presiding Judge" of the San Mateo Superior Court. Rachel Holt was a commissioner in 2020 and appointed to Judge by the Governor in a non-election year by "referral" of JNE (Judicial Nominees Evaluation) associated with the State Bar of California. Convicted Felon Tom Girardi bragged of his influence over the CA State Bar and Judicial appointments (See Dunn v. State Bar Investigation below). Californians are concerned that 9 of 10 California Judges are appointed and not elected - referring to some nominations as "Girardi Judges" - implying a statewide network of not just run by Girardi - but that has taken on a life of it's own as an "elite ruling class" that is beyond oversight. The State Bar has been the subject of extensive investigations and lawsuits for years. Rachel Holt was not elected by The People of San Mateo County. After approx. 2 years as a Family Court Judge she was moved to trial Judge for a very short time...maybe a year and then in an inexplicable move that petrified (honest) attorneys, family court litigants, domestic violence and children's advocates, Holt was promoted to Presiding Judge of the Family Court. Since her appointment, San Mateo reports against the Judges she supervises have skyrocketed - claiming the culture of the (already awful) Family Court has become even more emboldened, brazen and even motivated to violate the rights of litigants and children than ever before.
Litigants have long alleged Rachel Holt is owned by Silicon Valley men to cover-up their crimes of child abuse, domestic violence, purchase their child victims and financially, psychologically and emotionally ruin the children's mothers - often cutting off all contact between abused children and their mothers in what is referred to by activists as state sponsored "designer child trafficking" and by family court child psychology and domestic violence advocates as malicious severing of attachment. Acting as "co-counsel" for (abusive) men, Holt appears to have a pattern of labeling legitimate reports of abuse as "parental alienation" - a hostile litigation tactic to deflect accountability and accuse the victims being "brainwashed", "coached" and unjustly "alienating" the abuser when they attempt to escape or seek protective services. The United Nations Special Rappaeuter has issued a report on this tactic as a human rights crisis. By many accounts, Rachel Holt seems eager to step in when abusers lose control of their victims to protect their "reputation" and assets - using her office to enact state-sponsored abuse by proxy in a Judicial Hunger games - identifying, targeting, silencing and punishing victims. An investigation reveals Silicon Valley - and San Mateo County as the headquarters of the "alienation industry" or "designer child trafficking" racketeering playbook...some allege Rachel Holt is the "Gislaine Maxwell" of the local Syndicate.

Rachel Holt's Financial Disclosures For The Years 2020 - 2023
The following Financial Disclosures are public records available at The Fair Political Practices Commission website: https://www.fppc.ca.gov As a comissioner Holt reported a spouse working at in a non-executive capacity at a small, unheard of company specializing in "alternative investment strategies" which appears to include off shore banking and crypto. After taking the bench Holt's financial disclosures show a substantial account held at the obscure company of 1 million dollars or more. One mother sent Income and Expense reports showing her ex-husband moved assets to the same company just before filing for divorce and despite a custody evaluation recommending custody to the mother, Judge Holt awarded custody to the father and ordered the mother (who makes substantially less) to pay the father child support.
