San Mateo Sheriff's at a super ghetto "Diddy Party"?
"Congress members to call on the Board of Supervisors to conduct a thorough inquiry into the
San Mateo County Sheriff's Las Vegas slimey sexcapade's last year while on the county dime to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars...

"The ranch home was fitted with barred windows and furnished sparsely with a couch and TV in the front room and nothing but mattresses on the floors of the bedrooms, according to police. Inside, there were large boxes of condoms and great quantities of lubricant, "It smelled like urine, it smelled like feces, it smelled like cigarette smoke. It didn't look like a massage parlor. It was very obviously not a massage parlor." The "story" was the Sheriff's were just going to get a "massage".

The location was a residential home, in the middle of nowhere, believed to be one of 14 human trafficking, sex slave locations on the outskirts of Las Vegas...
- Sheriff's Munks and Bolanos were caught inside the home
- A large supply of drugs was found at the scene
- The sex slaves were trafficked into the US from outside the country (asian)
- Munks and Bolanos were detained by Las Vegas Police Department
- Allegedly a cover-up ensued, Munks and Bolanos were let go, denied any wrongdoing and the
victims were sent back to their pimps
- It's been alleged another three letter agency intervened to shut down the sting and covered for Munks and Bolanos

- There are MANY articles online about Operation Dollhouse
- Most interesting is that the Board of Supervisors refused to do their job and make a referral to the Attorney General to investigate Munks and Bolanos crimes despite tens of thousands of signatures on a petition from County residents
- Don Horseley (more on him below) was the head of the Board of Supervisors.
- Horsley was the former San Mateo Sheriff and Munks was his undersheriff
- Did Don Horsely move to the Board of Supervisors where referrals for investigations into County misconduct are referred to the Attorney General's office (or not referred?)
- Spoiler Alert - In our next report a witness claims to have first hand knowledge of a criminal network from San Mateo to Las Vegas run by law enforcement making "drops" twice a week - allegedly.

Timeline of San Mateo County Sheriff and Board Of Supervisors Horseley, Munks and Bolanos
● Sheriff Don Horsley
In 1993, Don Horsley was elected Sheriff of San Mateo County. Sheriff Horsley started his
law enforcement career with the Pacifica Police Department and joined the Sheriff’s Office in
1972. He started his county career with the Sheriff’s Office as a Patrol Deputy in the City of
East Palo Alto. Horsley served as Sheriff for 14 years retiring in 2007. After retiring, Sheriff
Horsley was elected as Board President for the Sequoia Healthcare District. In 2010, he
continued his career in public service by being elected to the San Mateo County Board of
Supervisors.
● 2007-2017
● Sheriff Greg Munks
Greg Munks, who served as Undersheriff to Don Horsley for 14 years, ran unopposed in the
election shortly following Sheriff Horsley's retirement. Sheriff Munks was re-elected in 2010.In 2014 he was re-elected for his third term as Sheriff. In 2016, Sheriff Munks retired before the end of his third term. During his tenure as Sheriff, Munks successfully opened the new Maple Street Correctional Center. The Maple Street Correctional Center earned its LEED
certification for its environmentally conscious design. This new correctional center aids the Sheriff’s Office in reducing recidivism with effective jail programs.  Munks was also the head of the "human trafficking task force".
● 2017
● Sheriff Carlos G. Bolanos
Following Sheriff Munks’ retirement, the Board of Supervisors appointed Undersheriff Carlos G. Bolanos as Sheriff. Sheriff Bolanos served as Undersheriff to Greg Munks for 10 years. As Undersheriff, Sheriff Bolanos was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Sheriff’s Office, which included oversight of the Crime Lab, Technology Services, and Administration & Finance (like the budget to investigate sex crimes against children). He will continue to serve as Sheriff until the general election in 2018.
