Is Silicon Valley's San Mateo County Sheriff’s Department a criminal organization covering up black market criminal activities including ONLINE CHILD PORNOGRAPHY, child and human sex trafficking, child sexual abuse, labor trafficking, drug and weapons trafficking? San Mateo Sheriff’s Department Defunds Child Sexual Assault and Online Pornography Investigations To Protect Big Tech Online Child Pornography Enterpise and Cover Up (Big Tech Employee and other connected individuals) Crimes against children. The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors Ignores - Grand Jury Investigation (attached) A Grand Jury Investigation reveals the San Mateo County Sheriff’s reallocated funds to investigate online child pornography (Big Tech) and child sexual abuse, dismantling the department that would investigate crimes against children in the County. This has NOT JUST left the children of the entire country unprotected from exploitation - failing to investigate online child pornography by corporations and individuals in the Silicon Valley County but also creates an increasing national market demand for the trafficking and exploitation of children for use in the profitable online child pornography industry. So not only are local children unprotected from being victimized and exploited BY INTENTIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT "lack of resources" to investigate crimes against Silicon Valley children...this has ripple effects across America. Given our last report, can you imagine why they would do that? Synopsis: funds were reallocated from 4 full-time detectives to 2 detectives working 6 hours to investigate (or intentionally not investigate?) these cases in San Mateo County. This eliminated Law enforcement investigations of Big Tech child pornography (impacting the entire country) AND Silicon Valley child sexual assault victims (76% of ALL sexual assaults in San Mateo county are children). The Sheriff’s and Board of Supervisors both had control of the budget and the power to return the funds and staff. (Remember the Board of Supervisors, run by Don Horseley a former Sheriff, his under-study Greg Munks took over the Sheriff’s department. The Board of Supervisors is responsible for OVERSIGHT of the Sheriff’s, including referring criminal misconduct by the Sheriff’s to the State Attorney General. Don Horseley's form 700's show huge tech stocks. An insider whistleblower sent an anonymous tip Horseley was alledgedly "reallocating" money from the Sheriff’s department budget for himself and covered for other Sheriff’s department employees who were doing the same - a loss of millions of dollars in taxpayer funds - we have no way of confirming these allegations.
