The Mom's Report - Part 3 "Silicon Valley's Designer Child Trafficking Cartel...Corrupt Public-Private Partnership...the San Mateo HQ

We will come back to the history of Real Housewives convicted felon husband Tom Girardi and how he created a state wide network of corrupt attorneys and Judges and "public-private partnerships" over decades... The MOST OBVIOUS Public-Private Partnership...that NO ONE ever seems to get to the bottom of - unintentionally or INTENTIONALLY.

BIG TECH AND SAN MATEO COUNTY.  This is going to take a LOT of reports. Let's begin with the basics...How does Big Tech connect to the Designer Child Trafficking in the Family Courts?
Why is the American Child Trafficking HQ in San Mateo (Silicon Valley)?

Get out the red sting, let's connect A Lot of Dots.  FIRST, if you want to be a true internet detective, it's important to be educated on the accurate research so you have context to put the puzzle pieces together.  So whether you fancy yourself a Nancy Drew, a Sherlock Holmes or Legally Blonde - we need to lay some groundwork on the profiles of perpetrators and victims. Unless you do your homework on the real research - you're going to waste A LOT of time going down all kinds of rabbit holes and miss the details that solve the case.

Here's the biggest wrong rabbit hole most Americans are caught up in....While the media and social media are "fighting child trafficking", "online child pornography" and "keeping kid's safe online" - they're leading the public focus in the WRONG direction. After Epstein (no list yet) the public became not just aware - but blew up social media with a holy fit of terror about child trafficking and the filming and distribution of C.S.A. for profit and blackmail as an actual "thing" that American's are not willing to tolerate.

The media went into full gear focusing on victims and perpetrators of such crimes as "illegal border crossers" and "online stranger danger", far away "islands" and third world countries.  Then we got bombarded with movies like the "Sound of Freedom" and organizations like Veterans for Child Rescue - who by the way focus on OUT OF THE COUNTRY operations or fake bait accounts with fake victims - no real AMERICAN CHILDREN saved.

Now is this
intentional propaganda to cover for the high profile offenders on the Epstein List to soothe an outraged public with misdirection and controlled opposition, or an honest attempt to address a tiny portion of a very big problem that has good intentions but lacks education on just how big and in ALL of our own backyards this problem really is?  It doesn't matter. Do you want to know the truth or not super sleuths?

With the Diddy indictments the public outrage is reaching a fever pitch about how highly organized and widespread this kind of horrific abuse is - BUT this isn't a "far away island" thing or a "Hollywood" thing.  It's in YOUR neighborhood.  The disclosures haven't even scratched the surface.  So let's dig into the UGLY, INCONVENIENT, UNCOMFORTABLE TRUTH...

The RESEARCH proves the most common victims of online C.S.A.M. and C.S.A. are AMERICAN CHILDREN. The most common consumers and perpetrators of child sexual exploitation both online and offline are educated, gainfully employed, middle, upper-class and wealthy executive AMERICAN MEN, AMERICAN FATHERS and AMERICAN FAMILY MEMBERS...AND THEY'RE MOSTLY GETTING AWAY WITH IT AND EVEN HAVING THEIR CRIMES COVERED UP AND THEIR VICTIMS SILENCED BY STATE ACTORS...who are part of a very big "public-private partnership" network.

First Let's Start With Some Simple Statistics about Child Exploitation
1. Child pornography is a fast-growing online business, generating nearly $3 billion in annual revenue.
2. The United States is a top producer and consumer of child abuse content.
3. Statistically the most common buyer of sex with children is A MARRIED MAN WITH 2 CHILDREN
4. The US now hosts more child sexual abuse material online than any other country in the WORLD
5. 98% of child sexual abuse material reports involved children under 13 years old, 30% of which involved children under 10 years old, including infants and toddlers. (Internet Watch Foundation Annual Report, 2021)
6. Tech companies reported over 45 million online photos and videos of children being sexually abused — more than double what they found the previous year
7. Prepubescent children are at the greatest risk to be depicted in CSAM
8. Parents are the most common producers of C.S.A.M. (see attached article)
9. With the advent of the internet, parentally produced content constitutes the most highly traded and in-demand CSAM online, with a distinct trend toward the more severe abuse of younger children.

Now Let's Ask Some Simple Questions
1.  How can social media / the internet censor and remove "misinformation" in seconds?
2. How is child pornography not removed is seconds...or at all?
3. How can people's online fundraisers / payment accounts be shut down due to social media / internet "misinformation?
4. How are consumers of internet child pornography paying for content?
5. How are consumers of internet child pornography not having their online payment accounts shut down?
6. Where are these social media / internet companies located?
7. Where do the people working at these social media / internet companies live?
8. Who are the people working at these social media / internet companies allowing online child pornography content and links to payment gateways to remain on their platforms?
9. Whose jurisdiction is it to investigate the companies and people working at them?
10. Who investigates sex offenders,  consumers of child pornography and child victims of sexual abuse in Silicon Valley?
Simple Answers
Q's 1 - 3 - We can find no answer
Q 4 - Aside from crypto, Apple Pay, PayPal and other online payment methods are detailed in attached report
Q 5 - We can find no answer
Q 6 - Silicon Valley includes northwestern Santa Clara county as far inland as San Jose, as well as the southern bay regions of Alameda and San Mateo counties.
Q 7 - hmmm...WHO would you hire to look the other way?  Would an average person look the other way on such heinous crimes just for money...or would this type of position require a consumer and / or a participant / predator of such vile acts?
Q 8 - Santa Clara, San Jose, Alameda and San Mateo counties.
Q 9 - The Sheriff's Departments of Silicon Valley
Q 10 - The Sheriff's Departments of Silicon Valley

Who are the consumers of online child exploitation material and perpetrators of C.S.A.?
There are not a lot of studies on this topic, but the file below of a National Library of Medicine article has a good bibliography. Here's what's interesting about these offenders - in one study 77% consisted of college graduates. In another study one out of three child pornography users reported working in an executive position or holding an academic degree. Multiple studies found higher scores of intelligence, a better educational background, as well as a higher rate of employment for Internet child pornography consumers.  The average buyer of sex with children is a married man with 2 children.  More than 90% of abusers are people children know, love and trust. About 30% of those who sexually abuse children are relatives of the child, such as fathers, uncles, or cousins. Strangers are perpetrators in about 10% of child sexual abuse cases. Nearly 70% of child sex offenders have between 1 and 9 victims…at least 20% have 10 to 40 victims. An average serial child molester may have as many as 400 victims in his lifetime.

Who are the producers of C.S.A.M online?  NOT HUMAN TRAFFICKERS AND BORDER CROSSERS!!!  It's PARENTS...MOSTLY FATHERS!!!!
Research with adult survivors of CSAM finds that parents and familial figures are frequently identified as CSAM producers and research with law enforcement and welfare professionals has drawn similar conclusions. The predominance of parental perpetrators is not a new phenomenon. CSAM content analysis finds that family and home environments have been the most common setting for CSAM production for the last 50 years. With the advent of the internet, parentally produced content constitutes the most highly traded and in-demand CSAM online, with a distinct trend toward the more severe abuse of younger children. Despite the frequency, severity, and harms associated with parental CSAM production, it has been overlooked in policy and practice responses to online child sexual exploitation, which mirrors an overarching policy reluctance to specifically address family-based sexual abuse despite expanding attention to extrafamilial offenders.  Cybersafety resources and campaigns and sexual abuse prevention programs have been developed that aim to build parental capacity to protect children online as well as offline. While these initiatives are important, an evident focus on protective parents in online safety frameworks overlooks the majority cohort of children who are sexually exploited by parental figures (e.g., mother, father, stepparent, parent’s partner, or foster parent).

Research into CSAM, exploitation, and trafficking should acknowledge that parents are common perpetrators, particularly in cases involving prepubescent children.  A multi-method study of online child sexual abuse cases concluded that the majority of offenders were the fathers of victims, who used the internet to distribute CSAM and/or traffic their child to other men. An analysis identified particular features of parental production: the majority involved paternal perpetration. These studies raise the prospect that “some biological or de facto fathers and stepfathers formed adult romantic relationships with the intention of producing or procuring children for exploitation”. While some parents may abuse biological children, single mothers may be targeted by male perpetrators who sought to use “her control over the lives of her children for his own sexual gain”  Significant law reforms in the United States from the early 2000s spurred expanded anti-trafficking and anti-exploitation activities that began to identify domestic victims of parental CSAM production.

Literature on parental CSAM perpetration has continued to expand within trafficking scholarship. For instance, adults described as being “pimped” by their parents, identifying the overlaps between paternal sexual abuse, CSAM production, and organized and often sadistic abuse by networks of perpetrators. Many of the survivors were reporting relatively well-organized and large-scale criminal organizations in which children could be “swapped” and purchased, and CSAM could be produced.

Sadistic abuse was reported by all participants and one participant reported ritual abuse.  In contrast to the focus on low-income families evident in trafficking research, interviews and surveys with CSAM survivors consistently identify exploitation occurring across the socioeconomic spectrum. One online survey found that, where only one offender was reported, fathers or stepfathers were the offenders in 42% of cases, but the proportion of parental perpetration increased to 82% for those survivors describing organized child sexual abuse.

The comparatively wealthy status of some parental CSAM offenders was further evident in research with women disclosing sexual abuse by their fathers in adulthood found that, in all cases, their father and/or other family members had been involved in producing CSAM of the victim and facilitating their sexual abuse by other men outside the family. Emphasized that all the abusive fathers were or had been gainfully employed, and the sample included the daughters of middle-class as well as “extremely wealthy” families. The socioeconomic diversity of parental CSAM production was emphasized in other qualitative studies that included participants from low-, middle-, and high-income families, identifying a propensity for parental producers to engage in organized, sadistic, and ritual abuse that transcends class boundaries.

1. Parental figures are a significant group of producers of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
2. Parentally produced CSAM is more likely to involve the victimization of pre-pubescent children and more severe abuse.
3. Parental CSAM production is typically initiated by a male offender, such as a biological father, stepfather, or mother’s partner
4. Parental CSAM producers are often involved in networks of offenders who engage in organized, sadistic, and sometimes ritualistic abuse.
5. Research into CSAM, exploitation, and trafficking often assumes that perpetrators are extrafamilial and their motives are commercial or profit driven. Acknowledgment of parental CSAM perpetration is inconsistent and fragmented.

How Many children are victims of exploitation?
Before the age of 18…- 1 out of every 4 girls is sexually abused
- 1 out of every 6 boys is sexually abused
- 1 in 5 children are solicited sexually while on the internet.
- Nearly 70% of all reported sexual assaults (including assaults on adults) occur to children ages 17 and under.
- The median age for reported child sexual abuse is 9 years old.
- More than 90% of abusers are people children know, love and trust.
- 30-40% of victims are abused by a family member
