The Mom's Reports - Part 1 "Where it all began"

It all started three years ago when a group of moms connected over social media. They were all involved in California "Family Court" proceedings that just didn't make sense - domestic violence and child abuse - including child sexual abuse where covered up. Despite irrefutable evidence the abusers were awarded custody and the children isolated and cut-off from their mothers. They formed a group to support one another which quickly went viral, attracting moms from all over California, across America and even other countries in the western world. Their stories were all strikingly similar - patterns began to emerge - it was as if there was a "playbook" at work. The moms began investigating and over the last three years, through daunting and relentless research, connected the dots to uncover an enormous racketeering operation that's roots ironically can be traced back to "The Real Housewives" husband - divorced, disgraced and convicted felon - attorney Tom Girardi.

Girardi is best known for his time on the Bravo reality series "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," on which he and his wife showed off an extravagant lifestyle. Jayne is one of the main stars of the show. Side note: Girardi used client funds that were supposed to be paid as settlements for cancer patients, to pay for his mistress's L.A. beachfront condo, plastic surgery and expensive jewelrey. She was a high ranking Judge, Tricia Bigelow, presiding justice of a state appeals court.  Tricia was also nominated to train all the Judges in California (is ethics in the curriculum?)!

Girardi is widely known for his role in the 1993 groundwater contamination lawsuit against Pacific Gas and Electric Co. The case inspired the 2000 film "Erin Brockovich," starring Julia Roberts.  He was the first trial lawyer to be appointed to the California Judicial Council, the policymaking body of the state courts, donated millions of dollars to political campaigns and advised governors regarding judicial appointments, including  California Governor Gavin Newsom's Judicial Selection Advisory Committee, which vets judges for the state bench.

While Girardi was convicted in of 2024 for wire fraud...this is a needle in the haystack of allegations over decades he managed to avoid (more accurately - his "friends" in high places actively looked the other way and even covered-up). It's like when Chicago mob boss Al Capone was sentenced to just eleven years in prison on federal income tax evasion charges, despite never being vrought up on charges for his extensive and known crimes including ordering the deaths of dozens,
