Mom And Activist Dad Launch "San Mateo Family Court Awareness". Parents And Concerned Citizens Fed Up With Silicon Valley's Out Of Control Corruption.

The corruption in San Mateo County Family Court is so out of control, harming countless children for decades with total impunity and zero accountability, that we receive more reports from Silicon Valley than anywhere in the world.

Parents, insider whistleblowers, former court connected professionals and even children who are now adult survivors victims of the Silicon Valley Family Court Cabal have organized and are demanding "NO MORE". 

The MetooMoms movement of San Mateo is an unstoppable movement supported by concerned parents and citizens who see the desperate need for reform.

Just this week Metoo Moms activist, "Renni D" and Dad Jamie Johnson, launched a new group "San Mateo Family Court Awareness" in an effort to partner with Dad's, further organize parents and respond to a flood of concerned citizens who are fed up with local corruption and want to see massive action on reform they believe is desperately needed.

Metoo Moms National Spokeswoman and targeted mom of the SMC Family Court Cabal reports on just how far reaching and destructive the corruption is stating "We have been overwhelmed with stories and support from citizens who have lost all faith in their local government. We're an international movement, but the most reports come from San Mateo and neighboring Silicon Valley counties which has now been identified as a hotspot and the headquarters of Family Court Corruption, which appears to be ignored and even enabled by a public / private partnership of backdoor deals that has infiltrated all areas of local government - removing all checks and balances and leaving residents with no recourse when they become trapped in the system which is so far out of control it shocks the conscience".

Just last month Sheriff Carlos Bolanos was voted out of office in a landslide as a frustrated public has grown intolerant of long standing corruption.  A Board of Supervisors meeting was flooded with local callers furious about the recent Batmobile Scandal that made national news exposing to all of America what locals have experienced for decades - the longstanding practice of the Sheriff's and Judges doing "favors" for wealthy big tech, real estate and connected attorneys of the Silicon Valley Elite.   

One Board of Supervisors member stated it appears there are two different sets of rules - one  for the average citizen and another for the powerful elite class.  One can only imagine divorce, custody, domestic violence or even a business or employment dispute that requires the average citizen to ask for protection of the Sheriff's or Judges from their cronies in what appears to be a rigged system. 

A source inside the court leaked information Judge Gerald Buchwald signed one of the search warrants in the Batmobile case, when a wealthy Silicon Valley realtor threw a temper tantrum he didn't get his expensive toy, a $200,000 custom car, delivered on his unreasonable time schedule. Despite the DA and Sheriff's initially telling him they had no jurisdiction, Judge Buchwald appears to have done him a favor by signing orders, despite having no jurisdiction sending Sheriff's all the way to Indiana to terrorize the Batmobile maker, an Indiana Pastor and custom car maker - all on the taxpayer's dime.  Buchwald's form 700's indicate he too is a wealthy Silicon Valley real estate owner. One would reasonably assume he is acquainted with the realtor who demanded taypayers finance his demands to go get his toy. 

In a Family Law case, Buchwald again appears to have done a favor for a connected real estate attorney, and her local tech employed client. A mother requested a protective order for her 5 year old daughter who reported abuse by the father. Buchwald, in a shocking order issued the protective order against the mother stating reporting the abuse was abusive to the alleged abuser - labeling the protective mother as abusive for seeking protection for her small daughter.  The mother has been denied all contact with her daughter for 14 months with NO HEARING.  This temporary restraining order has been continued by Judge Rachel Holt - who is required by law to have a hearing on a temporary restraining order within a few weeks.  While it has expired as a matter of law, Holt continues to violate the law by continuing it with no hearing. If this mother tries to contact her daughter she will be met with law enforcement and find herself at the end of the barrel of a Sheriff's gun.  This is family court in Silicon Valley. 

Judge Holt's form 700's indicate after taking the bench as a Family Court Judge she acquired over a million dollars in an investment account called Wealthfront. The company claims on their website to specialize in "alternative investment strategies" including management of offshore banking and cryptocurrency.  Even with a reasonable explanation, Family Court litigants report this makes them uncomfortable. 

Judge Elizabeth Hill, like Buchwald, also made orders with no jurisdiction, to seize a 3 year old girl in Pennsylvania, sending eight police officers to wake the child from a nap at day care and hand her over to the San Mateo County father.  The District Attorney and police told the Father they had no jurisdiction, just like the Batmobile case, however it seems Judge Hill was doing the connected attorney and tech father a favor. Despite knowing the mother reported fear for her children's and her own safety and was protected by a Good Cause Report filed with the D.A. who refused to give the father their location, Judge Hill issued the illegal order anyway. If taxpayers are upset about a local law officials overreaching their jurisdiction to obtain a rich realtors toy, how much more outrageous is it to traffick a child across state lines by Judicial order with no jurisdiction? Judge Hill's form 700's indicate over a million dollars in investment accounts in the Carlyle Group and Rimrock - listed in the Panama papers as managing some funds connected to offshore banking in the Cayman Islands.  Parents have expressed that while there may be a reasonable explanation - and they'd like to hear it - they have concerns Judges who appear to be part of a group of wealthy elites cannot relate to the average citizen because of their privilege.  Some have described San Mateo Judges as out of touch and arrogant.  Courtwatchers have reported Judge Renee Reyna demanded to know the names of citizens observing hearings on zoom.  When an observer asked her to state the law that requires the public to give their names, Reyna responded with essentially "because I said so and it's my courtroom". Judge Reyna seems to have forgotten it is THE PEOPLE'S COURTROOM and she is a taxpayer funded public servant who works for them and she has sworn an oath to protect their rights by upholding the law, There is no law requiring the public to give their names to observe court proceedings as this would have a chilling effect on reporting misconduct due to fear of retaliation.  In fact, many reports we receive include a common phrase litigants hear from their attorneys, "Don't Piss Off The Judge".  One Board of Supervisors employee told this reporter, "Judges around here are like Gods".  San Mateo Judges have created a culture of fear in what is supposed to be the halls of Justice.

No American is safe from the arrogance of San Mateo County Judges who are so brazen they are even willing to make out of jurisdiction orders in favor of the Silicon Valley Elite crowd they appear to directly financially benefit from. One mother posted a review on Yelp of the opposing counsel that was using hostile tactics in her case - including obtaining a 5 year restraining order WITH NO HEARING on behalf of her husband and 2 daughters - accusing her of "kidnapping" after she fled to a domestic violence shelter with the children.  Her Yelp review was magically removed. Her Judge, Sean Dabel's wife is a former Yelp employee.  Not only did Judge Dabel issue yet another restraining order against the mother on behalf of the opposing attorney - within days the mother was violently arrested, thrown in jail on $90,000 bail and is facing trumped up criminal charges - in what appears to be retaliation.  The charges: following her 14 year old daughter on Instagram, emailing the opposing counsel and copying the husband on the emails (she represented herself in the divorce case) and "criminal gifting" - purchasing gifts for her daughter to be delivered by a third party.  Despite having a 7 million dollar estate - including 2 homes, the husband has been given sole control of the marital assets.  She has been denied access to either home or joint financial accounts.  When she pleaded with Judge Reyna for financial support because she was facing eviction, Judge Reyna literally LAUGHED OUT LOUD and denied her motion.

This hostility toward women and children who report abuse from Judges and Sheriff's charged with protecting them seems to be part of a long-standing and deeply entrenched culture within San Mateo.  For example, callers to a recent Board of Supervisors meeting voiced their outrage at what they believe is a countywide cover-up of Sheriff Bolano's involvement in the Operation Dollhouse Scandal and expressed their continued frustration and anger it was never investigated over a decade later.  “Operation Dollhouse” was a 2007 FBI STING where San Mateo County Sheriff and UnderSheriff Munks And Bolanos Were CAUGHT INSIDE A Brothel Which Housed Human Trafficked Sex Slaves Including Minors And Involving A Drug Bust.  The Sheriff's Claimed They Got Lost Looking For Somewhere To Get A Massage While At A Las Vegas Training Conference And Business Trip...(Funded By Taxpayers and there was a spa offering massages at their hotel BTW). 

Of interest to Metoo Moms is the same officers showing up to domestic violence and child abuse 911 calls are part of the Sheriff's culture of sexual misconduct - which is not only terrifying, it has resulted in countless tragedies where victims are often ignored, perpetrators are not investigated and Sheriff's who are themselves abusers protect and cover for abusers and retaliate against victims.

Most recently a San Mateo County domestic violence victim and mother of two was BEHEADED in front of her two small children - ages 1 and 7 by the father of her 1 year old. We are investigating if the Family Court failed to protect this mother by ordering continuing custody and visitation of the child by the abusive father despite the mother having a a restraining order against him, a common practice in Family Court that allows violent abusers to have continuing and unsupervised contact with their children, despite abusing the mother.  These visits are often used as an opportunity to gain access to their victim - sometimes resulting in further violence and even murder of the mother or children.  Courts claim that "just because the perpetrator was violent towards the mother does not mean he is not a good father" .

Of further concern is A San Mateo County News report from a whistleblower female deputy and a Grand Jury Investigation reveal shocking corruption inside the Sheriff's department that poses a danger to the public - particularly women and child victims of domestic violence and child abuse who have no idea the law enforcement they're asking for protection are themselves abusers.

When female deputies report being terrified of their male co-workers and a culture of sexual misconduct within the Sheriff's office, how should the public feel? The female Deputy whistleblower describes a pervasive culture of sexual misconduct all the way up the chain of command to the very top - including a common practice of sharing and viewing pornography - including violent rape videos in the office. You can read her letter here and we will cover this topic in more detail in a future article.  However, what is most relevant is her shared experience by many Metoo Moms who have reported the same interactions with law enforcement (and Judges)  she describes:

"First I considered coming forward, but re-thought such a move when I saw what happened to those that did.  You become a marked person at the organization, singled out for monitoring and certain retribution. ALL the women at the department have come to learn this lesson.  The majority keep their mouths shut and some, unfortunately become enablers, going along with such behavior to strengthen and enhance their own interests. and careers"  She goes on to state "I now sometimes find myself crying myself to sleep"...."sexual misconduct has become so commonplace at the department, it has been established as the standard and sought after quality for assignment, advancement and promotion  within the organization".  

The impact on the public may be partially measured by a Grand Jury Investigation that concluded 76% of sexual abuse victims in SMC are children and the department failed to allocate resources to provide services to these children. Further the department agreed it "did not have the resources" to investigate such crimes more than "a few hours a week", despite the finding there was in fact funding that was re-allocated.  Could this be because Silicon Valley companies profit from such activity as documented in recent new articles that describe how Twitter ignores child pornography on it's platform for profit.  Does Twitter receive favors from Silicon Valley law enforcement and Judges?

Is it concerning Family Court Judges own stock in Twitter and other big tech companies and socialize with their executives at the swanky Bay Club? The Sheriff is also a member of the Bay Club.  What happens when a mother calls the Sheriff or brings evidence to court to protect their children from a Silicon Valley Elite perpetrator of domestic violence, child sexual abuse or internet pornography? WE ALREADY KNOW BECAUSE WE HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY THESE MOMS....THEIR STORIES MATCH THE FEMALE SHERIFF'S DEPUTY WHISTLEBLOWER - THEY ARE TARGETED, MONITORED, THREATENED, DISCREDITED, BROUGHT UP ON FAKE CHARGES, DESTROYED FINANCIALLY,  ARE SUBJECT TO SEVERE LITIGATION ABUSE AND OFTEN LOSE CUSTODY OF THEIR CHILDREN - ALL IN A HIGHLY COORDINATED RETALIATORY ATTACK.  One mother, with an open case of suspected child sexual abuse by the father, presented evidence to the Sheriff's department of activity related to child pornography accounts on his Twitter. The Sheriff's deputy did not sound the least bit concerned, but oddly annoyed when he stated "I guess you want us to go take all his electronics now".  The mother stated "I just want you to do your job and I'm not telling you what to do or how to do it, but my child needs your help".  She was blown off and nothing was done.

Newly elected Sheriff, Christina Corpus takes over in January and won the race against Bolanos in a landslide. Locals demanded Bolanos's immediate resignation, but her refused to leave office - one could reasonably ask if that was because he intends to profit from as many favors as possible - as many questioned in the Batmobile Scandal where he brazenly overreached.  However, as all SMC employees know, they will not face any consequences as the county lacks any remaining checks and balances on ethical conduct.  Voters claim January can't come soon enough when the new Sheriff takes over and residents await breathing a sigh of relief that she will deliver on cleaning up the department. 

Parents and concerned citizens now turn their attention to cleaning up the Court.  Efforts to organize among parents, insider whistleblowers and child victims who are now adults have resulted in more than a decade of evidence showing a clear pattern of misconduct,  unconscionable harm, fraud and lawlessness in the Family Court.  One mother stated, "San Mateo is not a Court.  It's a Casino."

This has driven some to look up the financial reports of all Judges online and do their own research. The records are available through the Fair Political Practices Commission and are called form 700's . It is interesting to review several years and compare changes as well as addendums. In reports that include commercial real estate holdings, it's fascinating to look up the addresses and see who the corporate tenants are. In addition to the above mentioned Judges, one may find the 700's of Judge Karesh and Judge Franchi particularly interesting.

Recall Petitions For All 3 Family Court Judges Are Underway.
The survivors, their family, friends and concerned citizens are actively educating the voters on what's been happening in their tax payer funded courtrooms and behind closed doors and are rapidly gaining support and signatures that will be soon delivered to the San Mateo County Board of Elections demanding the removal of these corrupt Judges from the bench by the voters.  These Judges have been protected by their friends at the CJP, CA Court of Appeals and CA Supreme Court (all located in Silicon Valley) and act with total and brazen impunity because they're protected by favors from their network, judicial immunity" and a deliberate media blackout of their corrupt misconduct.

The subjects of the recall petitions are Judge Don Franchi - Department 15, Judge Rachel Holt - Department 14 and Judge Renee Reyna - Department 16.  Some have commented it's a good start, but it doesn't go far enough.  It appears that Judges are transferred to other departments after a stint in Family Court and continue their abuse of power presiding over Criminal and Civil Court.  Other survivors and concerned citizens have expressed their desire to hold Judges accountable who have caused irreparable harm to their families and countless others who have retired and are STILL being paid by tax dollars through the County retirement fund.  One parent suggested that Presiding Judges or the County should also be held accountable for failing to properly train and supervise these taxpayer funded public servants, who seem to have forgotten who they work for.

One Court watcher expressed disgust at a recent example of this on full display at a recent hearing she decided to observe as a concerned citizen who had never been to Family Court, but wanted to see for herself before signing a recall petition.  

While we have not been informed of any additional recall petitions being underway at this time, we are aware that a demand has been prepared requesting the State Auditor conduct an investigation. Parents are extremely concerned about the same pattern of corrupt practices as Sacramento Courts - exposed in the documentary "Divorce Corp." and confirmed by a past investigation by the Ca State Auditor finding the problems with Silicon Valley Courts are getting worse.
