When she or her child report abuse, the very systems she believed were there to protect them launch an all out assault of misogynistic accusations and victim blaming - she is labeled as "lying", "crazy" or "vindictive".  This highly coordinated lynch mob employs gaslighting along with outdated, debunked, junk science to support their attack such as "parental alienation", "coaching", "brainwashing", "a he said/she said" situation and "high conflict custody case" - ALL unsubstantiated by decades of research that clearly finds only 2 - 4% of domestic abuse and child abuse claims by Protective Mothers and children are found to be false, yet up to 89% of abusers are awarded sole legal and physical custody.

When it doesn't make sense, it's about something else!

The statistics demonstrate these are not isolated incidents, but commonplace in western nations for decades which have only increased due to COVID.  This is an epidemic of highly coordinated corruption, racketeering and profiteering that blatantly ignores existing laws, public policy, due process, civil rights and decades of scientific research with no oversight or accountability.

While any human over the age of 12 could clearly see the injustice and a group of patients from the local nursing home dementia ward could review the facts and evidence from any given case and come up with an adequate resolution in an afternoon - the state takes control with their group of either corrupt or incompetent (usually both) "experts" and the protective mother finds herself in a rat trap - her child is held hostage by the state, handed over to the abuser and she is blackmailed and extorted by the system to regain custody and "rehabilitate her image with the court" as a "cooperative co-parent" - while repeatedly SMACKED by the Family Court Industrial Complex if she continues to fight for sole custody and protection.  

WTF and WHY?

We Are STILL Living In A World Where ABUSIVE Men With More Money, Power And Influence Believe They Own Women and Children As Property...And Can Purchase Back Control They Have Lost.  The Corrupt System Will Gladly Aid And Abet Them While Taking Every Penny They Can Squeeze Out Of Both Parties!

Nothing has changed from the days that women and children were property of men and deemed "hysterical" and forced into mental institutions by their abusive husbands with the assistance of medical doctors and psychiatrists when they attempted to resist his control or leave. 

Today, when abusive men lose control of women who attempt to escape they control by proxy, using the "Family Court Industrial Complex" - assisted by CPS, Judges, attorneys, custody evaluators, GAL's, police and district attorneys.

Children are often "legally kidnapped" from their primary parent, the Protective Mothers "under color of law" with no due process, kangaroo court proceedings, "ex parte" orders and no hearing or trial.  Desperate to protect their children, women are unknowingly led like lambs to the slaughter by the very institutions they believe are there to protect them naively believing they will receive due process, a fair hearing and justice - nothing could be further from the truth.  

Through a scripted series events that can only be accurately described as blackmail and extortion, women are forced to defend themselves against what can only be accurately described as the modern day witch trial.  It already has a pre-determined outcome - she's going to lose, she just hasn't caught on to the game yet.  The game is called "Everyone gets their hands in the cookie jar of the child's crisis" - in other words, all the players of the Family Court Industrial Complex need to get paid and will continue to drag out conflict until both parties financial resources are exhausted - even forcing the sale of the family home to pay legal fees.

Here's the playbook. First she is given cold comfort, vindicated by "industry professionals" she has done all the right things to protect herself and her children, yet there is really nothing they can do as she is then gaslight by the typical industry cliche bull shit and propaganda -  "the system is broken", "Judges aren't educated on domestic abuse", it is a complicated "high conflict case". 

Then the carrot of false hope is dangled and she is prepared to spend every penny she has to fight a lengthy and expensive battle as "it will take YEARS to resolve" through CPS investigations, status conferences, custody evaluations, psychological testing, appointing minors counsel, children's therapy, evidentiary hearings and and an adversarial trail - costing tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars.  

To add insult to injury, she gets to finance her own witch trial, a series of theatrical productions fictitiously called a "high conflict custody case" (a propaganda term created by the system to justify YEARS of nothing being done to protect the child, but rack up huge legal fees in countless ex parte hearings, status conferences, custody evaluations, evidentiary hearings and advesarial trials) as opposed to the REALITY - she is a domestic abuse victim being stalked and harassed through the court and being driven crazy with worry for her children's safety which she finally realizes no one cares about or has any sense of urgency to address.

She is often blocked from her fair share of finances from the community property if she was married. If she was co-habitating - she's screwed. Attorneys create conflict to keep the client fees coming in for YEARS until the parties are bankrupt and may even force the sale of the family home to pay legal fees.  Contrary to misguided popular opinion, when a woman leaves a relationship, her financial ability is not reduced by 50% - it is more commonly reduced by 75% - leaving her incapable of having equitable legal representation - if any representation at all.

With trials set for as much as a YEAR out, she often settles due to lack of funds for ongoing legal fees, gives up or returns to the relationship to have access to her children and the ability to protect them from being in the unsupervised care of the abuser, believing the domestic abuse she will continue to endure in the home is not as bad as the abuse waged on her through the court. 

This is a short-lived fantasy, as the abuse generally escalates until she is forced once again to leave, often with the assistance of a domestic violence agency who validates her and gives her hope there is justice - maybe a new judge or she has more evidence, has saved some money to hire an attorney or maybe she just needed to learn to "have a poker-face" in court and not show her legitimate anger or tears to the Judge - who she has been instructed will not believe her if she is "emotional" or if she aggressively pushes for sole custody and will be seen as "an uncooperative co-parent" or "piss off the Judge".  

Next comes the court ordered custody evaluation - anywhere from $5,000 - $25,000.  As the primary parent, forced to endure being separated from her children while handing them over to the abuser, she is forced to undergo "psychological testing" while suffering from a normal reaction to her situation - PTSD, litigation abuse syndrome, severe financial hardship and extreme panic and concern for her children's safety.  She is instructed by her attorney that she will lose custody all together if she doesn't appear to support the other parent continuing a relationship with the children as the court and custody evaluators believe that is in the child's best interest and tend to ignore domestic and child abuse (contrary to the actual law).  So she is coached to go against her own conscience and not protect her kids. 

She is told that "Judges aren't educated on domestic abuse".  She hopes the psychology "expert" report will help the Judge understand.  She is not told most custody evaluators are trained in mental health and do not have specialized training in domestic violence and child abuse.  She is not told the psychological tests are based on a normative scale and were not designed for someone going through the extreme stress of a "high-conflict custody case" (witch trial). 

Make no mistake about it, there are decades of statutes, public policy changes, congressional hearings and amendments, peer-reviewed scientific research and psychological studies.  Courts are not following any of these. Protests and petitions DO NOTHING.
