Corrupt Silicon Valley Judge Don Franchi Courtnaps 13 Year Old From Her Protective Mother...Ignores Abuse. Mom Hasn't Seen Her Child In A Year

Saving this child is the precedent for saving all the children and putting an end to the court using police officers as their minions to forcibly and sometimes violently enforce unconstitutional court ordered kidnappings. Letters and phone calls to State legislatures is another powerful action that you can take to bring all the children home. Please note this case was overseen by Judge Don Franchi in San Mateo County.  Judge Franchi is listed on a number of Judicial review websites as one of the worst.  While he is known for looking the other way when it comes to child abuse and generally being hostile and punitive to both mothers and fathers who ask their children are protected from abuse.  Franchi's wife is employed by the husband of an attorney who appears before him regularly.  One source, a former insider who worked for Presiding Judge Susan Greenberg claims connected attorneys have the cell phone numbers of the Judges and call them up to decide the outcome of the case before the parties even appear in court.  While mountains of complaints have been filed against Judge Franchi for years, the court ignored them.  Just think about the 13 year old girl assaulted by court order in this video, begging for her mother, whom she has been denied contact with for over a year and thank Judge Franchi and San Mateo County Court.  How is this in the best interest of the child? This only makes sense within the context of the Netflix Movie "I Care A Lot". San Mateo Family Court appears to Care A LOT!
