We receive an overwhelming number of reports from all over the US, UK, Ireland, Canada and Australia.  We investigate and maintain internal data to identify hotspots, expose individuals who establish a clear and convincing pattern of corruption and connect their victims (with permission) so they can take collective action. We submit reports to numerous sources for publication including Child Abusive Judges and The Robing Room. 

RECALL A JUDGE

Below is an example of a Notice Of Intent To Recall A Judge.  This is the first step for voters to recall a bad Judge from the bench. Check with your local county Board Of Elections for your local rules.  For example, to initiate the process you may only need as few as 40 signatures.  The below notice meets the local requirement to be no more than 200 words.  The Judge has 7 days to respond, also limited to 200 words.  All signatures must be registered voters in your county. The Board of Elections will verify all signatures are registered voters.  You may want to gather more than the required amount of signatures just in case. Your Board of Elections will then certify your notice of intent to recall and advise you on next steps to get your recall on the ballot.  You may also want to consider identifying candidates that will run in the next election that will uphold the law.  We recommend Civil Rights Attorneys, also known as "People's Attorneys".  9 out of 10 Judges in California have been appointed by the Governor and not elected. Recommendations are made to the Governor - NOT BY THE PEOPLE - but by a syndicate of attorneys and Judges who nominate their friends and mostly come from a background as a Prosecutor or Corporate attorney and do not represent the interest of the people, but instead represent the interest of the Government, Corporations, The Bar Association and mainly THEMSELVES.  The public has fallen asleep at the wheel in their civic duty - to hold their taxpayer funded public servants accountable - and as a result handed over their SOVEREIGNTY to those who feel entitled to take and abuse their positions of power. Many citizens have been convinced of a big lie - that Judges have "immunity" and have forgotten they are TAXPAYER FUNDED PUBLIC SERVANTS who have the honor and privilege to serve the people by protecting their constitutional rights and upholding the law.  Recall elections restore accountability and power to the people - as it was intended by the Founding Fathers.

Research A Judge

All elected officials (even if appointed) must file a Form 700.  You can SEARCH FORM 700's through the Fair Political Practices Commission who's stated function is to help foster the public’s trust in our political system, diligently prosecute serious violations of the law, ensuring that officials operate in a way that does not betray the public’s confidence, increase transparency by utilizing technology to provide “smart disclosure,” giving more people easy access to vital information about their public officials and campaign financing and adopting meaningful reforms. The basic function of the Freedom of Information Act is to ensure informed citizens, vital to the functioning of a democratic society. Every court has an office they don't want the public to know about.  It's usually hidden away without even a sign on the door. It's called the COURT CEO.  The CEO is responsible for the Court's daily operations, management of court staff, and implementation of court policies and procedures.  Check your local rules for submitting FOIA requests to your Court CEO.  In some cases it is as simple as sending an email.  You may also send FOAI requests to your Board of Supervisors or City Council. A board of supervisors is a governmental body that oversees the operation of county government. Similar to a city council, a board of supervisors has legislative, executive, and quasi-judicial powers. The important difference is that a county is an administrative division of a state, whereas a city is a municipal corporation; thus, counties implement and, as necessary, refine the local application of state law and public policy, while cities produce and implement their own local laws and public policy (subject to the overriding authority of state law). Often they are concerned with the provision of courts, jails, public health and public lands.
